Lately, I’ve been looking at a number of country-specific spots and in this review, I want to go over /r/FrenchBeauty. Posts are few and far between here: around 2 submissions per day is about what you can expect. The subreddit is 3 years old and has close to 24,000 subscribers: not bad, but there needs to be growth here for me to be extremely happy with the situation. Content titles are in French and all appear to be original in nature: that is, they’re posted by the people who feature in the media. Truth be told, I don’t quite like the posts that I do see – they’re a little too erotic, and I know that’s weird coming from me, but if you’re going to post to a subreddit called French Beauty and it’s just your feet on a dashboard – come on now, that’s not beauty, is it? I also noticed that a few dudes post here from time to time, and unless a subreddit is strictly for guys, I think they should have their material removed.

The problem for this place is that there are rival spots – places that do this genre a hell of a lot more justice. If I wanted general erotic material from France, there are dozens of other options. The lack of focus on beauty and the shift toward OnlyFans sample spam is a bit of an issue. Sure, it’s not the biggest sin a subreddit can commit, but I’d say go elsewhere.
