F95 Zone: Mr. Porn Geek’s professional analysis

While I initially thought that this website would be about some cool type of equipment (perhaps a sniper rifle or something), it turns out that F95 is a community of sorts devoted to mature games. Now I’ve always had the belief that for a lot of men, they love both porn and video games more than anything else – so what’s the issue with combining the two? That seems to be the focus of F95 Zone and I can’t wait to head on over so I can write up a full review of what’s going on here. Want to learn more about this destination and the material it contains? Well continue reading and Mr. Porn Geek will give you all the juicy details.

The homepage of F95 Zone

Unlike a lot of services out there, F95 Zone doesn’t really have that much of a homepage in terms of direct access to material. This is a forum first and foremost, so what you’ll see are a bunch of boards that you can visit for different purposes. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you’ll see on the right-hand side that F95 Zone has a forum statistics section – there have been over 2.1 million posts here in over 31,000 threads since it went online: I don’t think I need to tell you just what a huge number that is! Almost all of the posts are in the Games section, where you’ll find 1.7 million messages. There are also spots here for recruiting people for content creation, translation requests, animations and general off-topic stuff.

Looking at the gaming situation at F95 Zone

Since the biggest place here is the games board, that’s where I’m going to kick things off. Click here to visit the forum if you want to know where I’m looking: I have no doubt it’s where most readers are going to want to be headed toward as soon as they land here anyway. So what we’ll see after landing in this section is the ability to filter and to be honest, I think this is pretty amazing. You’ve got collections, site rips, Unity games, abandoned projects and everything in between. I like the layout and design here, although I think slightly softer pastel colors should’ve been used for the different tags. I’m also not that big on user avatars being displayed on the left-hand side of the linked threads, but I can easily remove those with uBlock Origin if I want to visit this place on a regular basis.

Most threads here are free download links to various games, as well as a little bit of information about them. One really decent feature is the fact that multiple links are provided and for multiple platforms too (so long as the game developer allows it). We’re talking Windows, Linux and Mac, as well as mirrors of those on 3 different servers. I’m not going to go into the legality and ethical side of content selection here – all I will say is that if you play a game that you download and you like it, support the original creator and buy it! I won’t lie: Mr. Porn Geek has downloaded some games himself (not porn ones, mind you) and didn’t really enjoy them – he uninstalled one game that he played for 20 minutes that would have cost him $100! So yeah, if you play a porn game and you like it, buy it, or just subscribe to the creator’s Patreon to keep them fueled with coffee.

The what’s new link on F95 Zone

From time to time, Mr. Porn Geek comes across forums that he wants to use and they can often neglect the ability for users to see the latest posts that have been made. This drives me absolutely crazy, but I’m glad to see that F95 Zone doesn’t commit this sin. See, when you visit this particular website, you’ve got the ability to hit the what’s new link in the header to get a wealth of useful sorting features. By default, you’ll see the latest forum threads made, but you can use the navigation tool just above the pagination to also include any posts that have been made to threads – quite a cool tool. There’s also a new thread ratings link which can come in handy: this isn’t really a review of the thread, but the actual game that has been released.

The bits I don’t like on F95 Zone

To balance out the praise I’ve given for the free porn game downloads on offer here, let me talk a little about what I don’t enjoy. For a start, to actually get the download links, you’ll need to register. This makes absolutely zero sense to me – it just seems like a way for whoever’s behind the website to collect up email addresses and yeah, I’m not cool with that. F95 Zone also has a few adverts dotted around the place, but uBlock Origin takes care of most of them. The sidebar is also somewhat lacking: you’ve got the ‘members online’ tab above the ‘latest posts’ tab: no one really cares about the former, so just remove it. Especially when you have useful ones just below!

F95 Zone: the conclusion

From what I can tell, F95 Zone is the largest forum by a country mile if you’re looking for a place that deals in discussions and that type of thing on adult games. I did have a pretty fun time here and I think you will too – especially if you’re the type of guy that squeezes his hog over great XXX titles. The downloads are free (but do require an account) and yeah – that’s pretty much all there is so say on this topic. I do also like the additional review feature: that’s something I should have discussed more, but oh well. No regrets, just love – right? Cheers for reading gang – now get your ass over to F95 Zone and play some adult games!
