Adult Hentai Comics at Whentai

This is a very unique website, not like other Hentai sites that just put up comics for you to read. This site has a ton of Hentai comics on it, yes but it is done in a different way. I will explain it all so that it makes sense. This site works on the basis of what they call idea requests and it also commissions which means people hiring artists to create a specific work. They have a very unique system to do all of this but the main thing is that you, as the viewer get the benefits of it because you can look at the artwork totally for free. The best place for a viewer of the website to look would be the button on the very top that says Updates. When you click that it opens When you click that you are on a button that says All. The website shows that there are in All, 14,765 items. Of those, there are 14,268 Pics, 86 Vids and 397 Games. The reason that it is best to start here is that the art shows up as thumbnails down the page. You can just scroll down and see which ones you want to check out.

Menu Explanation at Whentai

There is a link on the menu called Blogs. I went there and checked it out. There are about 20 items there but the last blog post was about 3 months ago. I don’t know if this means that the blog is no longer active but there is some interesting artwork there and things to see. The Commissions button in the menu is where a user of the site has an idea that they want to see done. They want an artwork created of this idea. You put up the price that you want to pay for the commissioned artwork and artists can bid on it to get the job. They post a day when they can start on it and how long it will take them to finish.

There is a lot more involved and you can read the explanation on the page but that is the basics of it. They there is the page called Requests. When you go there you will see a page full of requests. Members of the site come up with idea requests and they post the idea along with some supporting images to give the artists a look at what they want and make it easier to view.

Then other users can spend likes on the project which work as virtual money. This is a form of crowdfunding to gather up enough likes to pay for the artwork. It’s a little bit confusing me there are definitely a ton of people on here doing it so it is quite popular. No, if you go back to the main page of whentai.com you will see that above each picture it says either Direct Hentai Commission or Idea Request. After the artist is finished with the art he or she uploads it and people can vote on them and favorite them if they want to.

Things I did not like about Whentai

The site is just a little bit confusing at first. Also to have access to certain areas of the site you must log in using social media or create a new account. Not that big a deal but it’s a negative in my book, for just plain annoyance. The site is free to see all of the art though so I can’t complain about that. No popups, just some ads for some adult games.

The Best Things about Whentai

It is very cool that you can get your very own artwork commissioned by artists on this website. Most hentai sites are there for you to just go read the comics. On this site, it is really more about the art and the fantasy. The fans have a fantasy that they want lived out and the artists here can help them to achieve that fantasy by creating the art for them. It’s a win-win-win because the member gets what they want, the artist and the website make money from it. If only more things would work so simply. If you are just a casual person browsing the web and want to see some really hot hentai artwork and hell, maybe even decide to fap to it, then this site had tremendous value for you because it is totally free to look at these creations. Also, once you click on them you can share them on Reddit, Twitter, Facebook or Pinterest. Below each artwork, there is a discussion box in which you can leave comments.

A Few More Things about Whentai

In addition to the comments, you can also see Related Uploads below each image that contains art that has the same characters. If you are a fan of one specific character this would be of great value to you and is a very nice feature of this site. It is also very interesting to see how different artists with different styles will draw the same character. None of them really being wrong, but rather his or her style work. Cool stuff! There is a search box on the site. I did a search for Gangbangs and it worked great. Not only that it game me extra info in the search results. It told me that there were 18 items found matching my request and that there were also 491 uploads with the word gangbang without the s. Very awesome search features.

Just because I am a lover of art, this site is a must. If you a lover of art you will agree, but if you just love comic porn and hentai especially this site will be one of your regular destinations for sure. Amazing artwork from a ton of different artists on here makes for a very fun time. If you get off on adult comics and jerk to them it’s fantastic. You can download these pics and have them forever.
