DeepFakesX Review
deepfakesx.com
So I ended up on DeepFakesX after seeing it pop up a few times and yeah, it’s exactly what you expect from the name. Whole site is built around AI generated celeb content, actresses, singers, models, all that sort of thing, just deepfaked into scenes.
You don’t need to sign up or pay for anything either. Everything is just there ready to click which makes it easy to get into straight away. No friction, no messing about with accounts, just load it up and start clicking through videos.
One thing I will say is they’re not trying to hide what it is. Everything is clearly labelled as AI, so you know from the start you’re not looking at anything real. It’s all face swap stuff and they make that obvious, which is better than some sites that try and blur that line.
Layout wise it’s actually not bad. I wouldn’t say it’s anything special, but it’s clean enough that you can get around without getting lost. It’s mostly just rows of videos and you scroll through, click something, watch it, then move on to the next. Pretty simple.
Now the actual content is where it’s a bit all over the place. Some clips look decent for a few seconds, like you think alright this might hold up, then you start noticing the usual AI issues. Faces slightly off, movement not quite right, that weird smooth look that gives it away. Some are better than others, but a lot of it feels rushed just to keep the site full.
There’s a lot of videos though, it doesn’t feel empty at all. You can keep scrolling for a while, it just depends how patient you are digging through it. There’s no real deep filtering or anything like that, so it’s more of a scroll and see what you land on.
I wouldn’t say it’s a site you stick with long term. More one of those you check out, have a look through, maybe find a couple that are alright, then you’re off again.
