When I first arrived on Eroterest, I saw loads of Japanese porn videos from some of the best Japanese pornstars in the biz. I got excited straight away. Having reviewed loads of Japanese porn sites now, you are almost always in for a good time on one of these sites. The porn scenes are always HD, they are always long, and the ladies are always hot. Well, that’s what I thought when I arrived on Eroterest. Now that I have explored this site for a while, my feeling towards Japanese porn has changed slightly. I am so used to reviewing excellent Japanese sites where the porn works flawlessly. So, why the change? Well, Eroterest doesn’t work flawlessly. In fact, I have been on this site for over an hour now, and I still haven’t watched any porn! Before I get to the biggest issue of Eroterest, let’s explore something that is good about this site, shall we? Something that didn’t make me want to chop my cock off from the moment I saw this site.

The design of Eroterest

The design of this site is really nice. It is like a crossover site. So, instead of the typical Japanese thumbnails that look like DVD covers (the ones that I am really a fan of). Eroterest has your standard western-style thumbnail. This is just a quick snapshot from the porn scene. It is just static and offers no kind of preview to the porn or anything. This is a bit shit, but I did enjoy this site, at first. The styling is nice and light too. So Eroterest does feel like quite a modern site. Of course, most Japanese sites feel far superior to this site, but I’d say that Eroterest feels nicer to use than most other porn that are laid out this way.

The backend of this site must be pretty powerful too. So far, Eroterest hasn’t slowed down at all. I mean, if it did it would be impressive. Unlike other Japanese sites, this site links to all of its porn. So the only thing slowing it down are some thumbnails and a shit load of tags. Right, this is about the only positive thing I can think of to say about Eroterest. So, let’s dive into the shit stuff about this site now, shall we?

Where’s the porn Eroterest?

Eroterest looks to update their porn really regularly. When I first arrived on this site, there were porn videos that had gone up minutes before my arrival. So I started to think that this site could be great. As I have been traveling around this site too, more and more porn videos have been added. Well, links to porn videos. As I said, Eroterest doesn’t actually have any porn on it. But it does link to the porn videos on PornHub, YouPorn, and other big sites. So, you would think that the porn videos would always work. Mainly as Eroterest is continuously uploading new porn links. These big sites don’t have the humans to keep blocking these links, and why would they? Eroterest isn’t doing anything wrong by offering these links to these sites, so the porn companies must love them.

Well, that would be if any of the porn links actually worked, of course. I have been searching this site for about an hour now, and I cannot get anywhere close to watching porn. I have clicked on everything clickable on these porn videos and nothing comes up other than a few very shitty looking sites. Porn videos that claim to have a link to PornHub come up with the world’s worst porn site that I wouldn’t trust enough to fuck it with someone else’s cock. Where’s the porn, Eroterest?

The huge issue with Eroterest

When I began exploring this site, I thought, “ah this site is going to be full of broken links to porn, that’s why they are updating it so often”. You know, if they upload 10 porn videos every few hours, no one will need to go back through the porn archives on here to watch a porn video. Therefore, this site will never need to update the porn links in porn videos that have been removed by the bigger sites.

So I expected there to be broken porn links dotted around this site, but not on the homepage. Not on porn videos that were uploaded 7 minutes ago. As I said above, Eroterest isn’t breaking any rules here. They aren’t embedding PornHub videos into their site, they aren’t stealing shit, they are just linking to it. So the big sites have no reason to stop them from doing it. In fact, the big sites are likely encouraging them cos they make the coin out of it. So why can’t I find a link to some porn on this site that actually works? The biggest issue with Eroterest is that it is a porn site that hasn’t shown me any porn in the hour I have spent on their site. I would happily say this shit was user error as I am not the sharpest cock at the dance. Still, surely out of the 30 or so porn videos I have tried in the past hour, I would have clicked on the right fucking button by now?

Is Eroterest worth exploring?

If this is user error, then yes, Eroterest is worth exploring. But I think that Eroterest is just shoving up a bunch of porn videos claiming they link to the big sites, but instead link to smaller sites that Eroterest owns too. I think they have created one nice looking site and a bunch of shitty looking ones. The nice site links to the shitty sites, and from there the user is meant to be horny enough not to care! Well, we care Eroterest!
