Sergey is the project manager at MrPornGeek. He coordinates between the dev team, design, content, and QA to make sure everyone’s pulling in the same direction. When something needs building, updating, or fixing, he’s the one working out what gets done first, who’s handling it, and when it needs to be finished by. Without someone doing this the whole operation would be chaos – people stepping on each other’s toes, deadlines getting missed, stuff going live half-finished. He stops all of that from happening. He also keeps an eye on the bigger picture – what’s coming up next, what’s been pushed back, what needs prioritising because something changed.

If something starts looking dodgy he’ll jump on it straight away rather than letting it snowball. He’s big on clear communication – no vague updates, no mystery deadlines, no finding out something’s late the day it was supposed to go live. Everyone knows what they’re working on, what the priority is, and when it’s due. Simple as that. He’d rather have an honest conversation about pushing a deadline back than have someone rush something out half-baked.

The site’s always evolving so there’s always something in the pipeline. New features, content updates, design changes, technical fixes – Sergey keeps all of it moving. He runs regular check-ins with every team to make sure nothing’s stalled and priorities haven’t shifted. When something urgent pops up he’s the one reshuffling the plan so it gets dealt with without everything else grinding to a halt.
