Jee
Designer at MrPornGeek
If you’ve ever wondered who’s behind the way MrPornGeek looks – that’s mostly down to Jee. The layouts, icons, and design choices across the site all go through him. He makes sure the whole platform stays clean, consistent, and easy to use, even with the amount of content we’ve got on here.
Role at MrPornGeek
Jee runs the design side of things at MrPornGeek. That covers page layouts, icons, avatars, visual hierarchy – basically all the stuff that makes the site look like one cohesive platform instead of a mess of random pages thrown together. He works alongside the devs and the editorial team day to day, making sure whatever he designs can actually be built without tanking page speed or making things harder to use. He also works with other remote designers – bouncing ideas around, giving feedback, refining concepts until they’re properly nailed down.

Design approach
Jee doesn’t design things to look flashy. Everything’s built around how easily someone can scan a page, find what they need, and move on. No decorative nonsense, no trend-chasing – just stuff that works. He sits close to the dev team so nothing he designs becomes a nightmare to build or slows the site down. Changes happen based on how people actually use the site, not guesswork.
Ongoing work & freshness
Jee’s on the platform daily. He spends a lot of time reviewing live pages, checking how things look across different devices, and spotting bits that could work better. A big part of what he does involves A/B testing – sometimes a single button or layout tweak will get tested and adjusted over a full week before it’s signed off. He tests across phones, tablets, desktops, different screen sizes, different operating systems – the lot. The goal is making sure things look and work the same whether you’re on a brand new iPhone or some old Android tablet. Detail matters more than speed here. Nothing gets rushed out.
Tools & workflow
He works with the standard industry stuff – Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma for UI design and prototyping, plus whatever else is needed for asset optimisation and design handoff. Everything he makes is built with responsiveness, accessibility, and dev handoff in mind from the start. No point designing something pretty if it falls apart when a developer tries to build it.

Background & experience
Before MrPornGeek, Jee worked on a bunch of large-scale digital projects outside the adult industry. That included roles supporting major social media platforms and a big hotel chain operating across Europe. While working with the hotel group, he worked closely with interior designers – translating physical brand environments and real-world design concepts into digital experiences that actually made sense on screen. That background shaped how he approaches design now, long-term usability, accessibility, and building trust with users, rather than chasing whatever visual trend is popular this week.
